Lepak place: Targovi Centre
The new Targovi Centre in Varashilovsky Region is now fully reconstructed! Those that have not been there yet would surely like to have a look at this newly renovated shopping complex. The total area of the shopping centre is about 45 thousand square meters. This reconstruction took some 18 months to complete. According to a Russian website, there will be an addition of cinemas, gaming machinese, and ice skating rink built inside (don’t know where to fit).

i think the construction and the architecture has improved a lot in these years.New government new policy i suppose. I do think that the prism window should have stretched wider to give better kaleidoscope effect,but not a piece of crooked metal.
