if its on the right hand only, wouldnt be chicken pox.

i’ll give it a try.

1. chicken pox . vesicles, pustules with surrounding erythema. Scaling is also seen.

2. disease is self limiting in children. symptomatic treatment only with paracetamol for fever, calamine lotion and antihistamines for itching.

in immunosuppresed, give acyclovir PO or IV
